1 night deposit to be paid on booking,

Cheque or money order made payable to Marie Collyer.
Credit card details can be accepted over the phone.
Receipt number will be sent via SMS once deposit is received and booking secured.
Deposit will be refunded if 48hrs notice is given.
Less than 48hrs deposit forfeited.

If bond is taken , full bond will be returned after cleaning and inspection.
Balance due on arrival.

October to March $220.00 per night $1200 per week.
April to September $195.00 per night $850 per week.

No minimum nights (except xmas, new year and easter 3 night minimum)
No extra charge for cleaning
$300.00 refundable bond
